few tips losing stress .
this time i`m will give you few tips losing stress , such as :
first , you can write the novel, create article in the blog or create a origami creative paper.
the second , you can go hunting or traveling to losing stress
third , you can find the job , but that job don`t use your energy but the job using your creativity so you will feel the fun and forget all the dead you have in mind .
fourth , you can use existing entertainment around you such as , watching TV , listening the radio or play game on the PS ,HP , the computer even PSP .
fifth , this is very appropriate time to have hobby for you , use your hobby to help you eliminate stress so that you feel more relax and feel energetic again.
and the last you can go to highking because the atmosphere of nature take you to a more relax and integrates with the natural atmosphere that is more natural to make you more about your personality more.

hmm, I have a duty from my Indonesian and indonesian literature for wrote a novel, but it make me stress! but, word by word I write it, and I can enjoyed it, haha, I almost stress in everyday, maybe if I feel stress I just touch my computer and play game or drawing in paint, lol.
